ENOUGH goes after an adjective:
They can get married. They are old enough.
Not...enough means "less than necessary".
He wasn't old enough to vote.
You can also find "enough" after an adverb:
I didn't work hard enough and failed that test.
And you can find it before nouns:
Have you got enough milk?
