LABOUR AND PARTURATION

When the baby is developed and ready to be born, the mother´s body starts a very hard and incredible process, the labour or parturation, hard hours for her body with three different stages:

1. DILATATION
2. EXPULSION
3. PLACENTAL O PLACENTA EXPULSION

If the labour is not possible due to different circumtances or health risks, a cesarean surgery is a another kind of birth that occurs through an incision in the abdominal wall and uterus rather than through the vagina. In this cases the doctor have to attend the mother in the bith process.
